Running Physio

From Parkrun to Ironman.

Every member of our team runs themselves, we work closely with Exeter's local running clubs, and we regularly treat triathletes up to world level. From Achilles tendinopathy and ITB syndrome to stress fractures and return-to-run after surgery, running injuries are one of our most common and most rewarding presentations to treat.

Performance Testing & Strength Profiling

Objective strength and climbing performance testing delivered by our specialist, Will Ashby (MSc). Using tools such as the Tindeq Progressor, grip dynamometry, and structured movement testing, we assess your strengths, identify weaknesses, and provide a clear training roadmap to help you climb stronger and move better.

Dizziness & Vestibular Rehab

We offer specialist vestibular physiotherapy for dizziness, vertigo, unsteadiness and balance problems. If dizziness or balance problems are limiting your life, vestibular physiotherapy may help. We assess your symptoms carefully and create an individual rehabilitation plan to improve steadiness and confidence in daily activities.
