Pilates in Exeter

Pilates (or the Pilates method) is a series of about 500 exercises inspired by calisthenics, yoga and ballet. Pilates lengthens and stretches all the major muscle groups in the body in a balanced fashion. It improves flexibility, strength, balance and body awareness. We run small, relaxed and friendly classes on a Tuesday. You will get the attention you deserve in these small classes and will leave feeling, lengthened, stronger and oh so relaxed!

We also run Pregnancy Fitness & Pilates classes for pregnant women who want to maintain their cardiovascular fitness and strength as well as to work on their pelvic floor and core stability in a safe environment. The classes are kept deliberately small to ensure your safety and enjoyment and are run over 6 weeks for an hour.

Six week courses cost £54, drop-in option available at £11.00 per class subject to space in the class.
